Grandpa fun!

January 2010:

My parents came up to see the house. The girls were excited as always and could not wait to see their Grandma and Grandpa!! We had to decorate for Valentines day as soon as we could find the decorations in our piles of boxes...because we have kids who are HOLIDAY NUTS!!! So, to make for some more Valentines fun, my parents came up for the day and just so happend to have brought some loot for the girlas, and a high chair for Buddy!!!

Here you see my dad, aka grandpa being a VERY good sport!!! They had lots of fun puting in clippies and trying to put his hair...what he has left anyway... into ponytails. We laughed and laughed because this picture is he and I 20 someodd years ago... I used to do this to him everyday!! What a great guy!!!

These girls LOVE thier Grandpa!! He spoils them and will let them do whatever they want to him!!!

Kids... fun, fun kids!

January 2010

The kids make me smile on a daily basis! They are always doing something crazy silly! These are just a few things that I thought I would share!

Buddy and April are good friends! She is older than he is, and so he is watching her every move, and wanting to be mobile to catch up with her. They are really cute to watch! We love our babies!!!

This was the day after we moved in... Joseph and Laurie and Jason came over to help us unpack some things and eat with us for sunday dinner. We had so many things out and about on the main floor that it was NOT kid safe in anyway. Our gate was lost in the mountain of boxes and so the crib parts were the next best thing! The girls kept pretending that they were locked up in a tower and that a prince was going to come save them. April did not think it was so cool... she wanted her mommy and daddy!!

Buddy has found his toes! He loves them and is found in a little ball at all times! He is amazed that they are attatched!!!

My babies! They are so stinkin cute, I just can't stand it!!! I'm sorry... I just can't!

The girls had a twinner day... twinner hair, twinner petshop shirts, and twinner apples!! It was a fun day!!!
Jeremy is at school at Snow College for the semester, and we miss him horribly! I actually cried when he came to say goodbye!! Luckily we will see him on some weekends.

New Year... New house!

January 2010!!

We moved our little family over to Logan from Providence in January! We found a house that we really like, and the kids have a big playroom. We appreciate all the help that we got, most of it last minute. It was freezing cold (literaly... it was below zero!) and we took our last load over at 3:00 in the morning. Needless to say that our downstairs family room and garage were full to the brim with boxes. It took us days to find all the necessities and get things put back together. But, it was a good change for us. I miss my friends dearly, and so do the girls. However, things happen for reasons and we just go with the flow.

We decided to keep Beene at her same school though, since moving was just too much change for her. So, we drive her to school everyday and pick her up. Julles and I stayed with our Joy School group and so on tuesdays and thursday's I try to stay close by, that way I am not going back and forth all morning! I look forward to next year when the kids will go to the school that is only a few blocks away!!

While we were packing, I put Julles in charge of playing with Buddy! I was in the kitchen and I heard her making something with paper... then all of the sudden... TADA baker buddy boy! She got a white lunch sack and made him a hat! This is the only hat that he has left on for more than two seconds!! A+ for Julles for making him even cuter!!!

Our new home, with the garage almost cleaned out enough to park one of the cars in! Fun times ahead in the new year to come!

Christmast Eve/Day 2009

Our kid's... and grandbaby!!
Christmas Eve Jammie's! We decided only the teeny's got them this year!

The Christmas Loot! The kids woke up nice and early, and their brother's had a hard time waking up! However, it was a great morning and everyone loved thier gifts and being with eachother.

This is the result of going to bed late (because of excitement) and getting up really early for the same reason! This was mid morning, and she was OUT!!!
The day ended with all the boys and Laurie and April coming over and playing Rockband and eating yummy food! What a day!!!

November in a flash!!

November 2009

Daddy and Buddy rockin it out on the drums, playing Rockband with all the brothers!!!

Buddy ate his first applesauce this month!! He LOVES it and can't get enough of it!

My Gramps, Buddy's great grandpa came for a visit to see us! We thought it would be great if we had a pic with Jack and Jax!
We had Thanksgiving with my family down at Stacey's house. It was a great meal and we had a fantastic time with my family for three days. I forgot to take my camera and missed out on some great photo op's!
The girls were MIA in pictures this month... but we had a good one!

Trick-or-treat 2009

October 31, 2009

First off, Jonathan and Jeremy didn't disapoint!! They dressed up with the kids and were the local rockers! They brought stuff for Joseph, but he wasn't too into it! He was trying to look like a dad taking his baby out trick or treating for her First Halloween!! April and Laurie were both bunnies and Joseph carried around a guitar and wore some cool sunglasses! (I am a little perterbed that I can't find any pictures of them) They went around with us to Downtown Logan trick-or-treating! We also hit Macey's and the girls warmed up with thier luck there!!

My sweet little girlies!!! Grandma and Grandpa came up and brought Julles some cowgirl boots to complete her look and Beene shined as a beautiful Princess!!! They were so super cute!

Here is my "Jax-o-lantern"!! He stayed home with Grandma and Grandpa while we took the kids downtown... it was nice to not have to push a stroller around! Thanks mom and dad!!! But, he sure looked cute!

The girls and I went out after dinner to go around the neighborhood. Of course we had to hook up with our BFF's and walk around together! Here are the three musketeers all decked out in their awesome costumes!!!

It is tradition that every year ends at Miss Amy's house. Miss Amy is a great friend that we met when I was preggers with Beene and has been like family ever since! She hooks the kids up with a TON of candy and they give her the run down on what has been going on in their little lives! We love the "other" Johnson's! Can't wait for next time!!!

Happy Halloween 2009

Party time!

October 29-30, 2009

Beene's school had a Halloween Carnival. It was full of fun games, treats (what was left, anyway), and TONS of people crammed into the halls of Providence Elementary! The girls had a blast though! They got to see lots of their friends and Beene got to show us all her "boyfriends".
The school does a carnival in place of a class party and parade! I was kinda looking forward to a parade, so I was a little bummed when I found out they don't have one! Oh well, we had fun anyway!!!!

For Joy School, I was in charge of the Halloween Party! We had lots of fun talking about feelings and then we got into our costumes and entered Party mode!! The moms and some siblings came and the kids did a little song for them, and then we had a little parade around the living room! They were so dang cute! Then after that, we had mummy hot dogs and some other fun ghoulish treats! They also made carmel apples before everyone came! It was lots of fun, and sadly my last Joy School Halloween bash! It was a good one to end on though.
On to more halloween fun!
